歡迎使用「722血壓筆記」（英文版：BP722，以下稱「本App」），由 Ching Yu Wu 開發。我們非常重視你的隱私，以下說明本App與本網站（bp722.subarashii.dev）如何處理資料。

第一部分：本App的資料處理

簡短版本：本App不收集任何資料。

  • 你在本App中輸入的所有內容——血壓數值、脈搏、標籤、備註，以及個人資料（如姓名、出生年、性別）——只會儲存在你自己的手機裝置上，不會離開你的裝置。
  • 本App沒有帳號系統、不需要登入，也不會把任何資料傳送到雲端或任何伺服器。開發者本人無法看到、存取或收集你輸入的任何內容。
  • 本App不含任何分析工具、廣告 SDK 或當機回報服務。你在App內的使用行為不會被追蹤，也不會回傳給任何人，包含開發者自己。
  • 匯出（CSV／PDF）功能是透過你手機作業系統原生的「分享」功能運作，由你自己決定要分享給誰（例如email給醫師）。整個過程完全由你主導，本App與開發者都不會經手或保留這些檔案的副本。
  • 若未來加入 Apple Health／Health Connect 串接或雲端同步等功能，我們會在該功能實際上線、影響到你之前，另外說明清楚並取得你的同意，屆時也會更新本政策。

第二部分：本網站的資料處理

本網站（bp722.subarashii.dev）與App是分開的兩個系統。本網站同樣不收集你的個人資料：

  • 本網站不使用 Google Analytics 或任何第三方分析服務，不使用追蹤用的 cookie，也不載入任何第三方追蹤程式碼。
  • 本網站沒有任何表單，不收集電子郵件地址，也不會要求你提供任何個人資訊。
  • 伺服器在你造訪時，會依網頁伺服器軟體的預設行為，記錄基本連線資訊（例如 IP 位址、造訪時間、瀏覽器類型、造訪的頁面）。這是伺服器軟體本來就有的行為，不是我們額外加裝的追蹤機制。這些紀錄只儲存在我們自己的伺服器上，並會在約 14 天後隨日誌輪替自動刪除，用於維護網站安全、排除技術問題，以及以彙總方式了解造訪概況（例如總瀏覽次數）。這些紀錄不會提供給第三方，也不會用於行銷或投放廣告。
  • 你的語言偏好（中文或英文）會存放在你瀏覽器的本機儲存空間（localStorage），目的只是讓你下次造訪時不用重新選擇。這項資料不會離開你的瀏覽器，也不會傳送給我們。

兩者的關係

本App與本網站是完全獨立的兩個系統：

  • App 不會把任何資料傳送到本網站，本網站也無法存取你手機上的App資料
  • 本網站的伺服器紀錄，無法、也不會與App內的任何血壓紀錄或健康資料連結

無論本網站未來如何演變，App本身「不收集、不上傳任何個人或健康資料」的承諾不會改變。這是本App的核心設計原則。

兒童隱私

本App是為中老年人設計，並非針對兒童設計，我們不會刻意向兒童收集個人資料。

適用地區的簡短說明

由於本App不收集任何個人資料，各地個資保護法規（例如台灣個人資料保護法、美國各州隱私法規、歐盟 GDPR、日本個人情報保護法）中關於「資料查詢、更正、刪除」等權利，在本App的情境下通常沒有實際資料可供行使。若你對本網站的伺服器紀錄有任何疑問，歡迎透過下方方式聯絡我們。

Welcome to BP722 (Chinese name: 722血壓筆記, "the App"), developed by Ching Yu Wu. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App and this website (bp722.subarashii.dev) handle data.

Part 1: How the App Handles Data

Short version: the App collects nothing.

  • Everything you enter in the App — blood pressure readings, pulse, tags, notes, and any profile details (name, birth year, sex) — is stored only on your own device. It never leaves your device.
  • The App has no account system, requires no login, and never sends any data to a server or the cloud. The developer cannot see, access, or collect anything you enter.
  • The App contains no analytics tools, no advertising SDKs, and no crash-reporting services. Your usage inside the App is never tracked or sent to anyone, including the developer.
  • The export feature (CSV / PDF) works through your device's native share sheet, and you decide who to share the file with (for example, emailing it to your doctor). This is entirely under your control; neither the App nor the developer ever handles or keeps a copy of these files.
  • If we ever add Apple Health / Health Connect integration or cloud sync, we will clearly explain the change and ask for your consent before it affects you, and this policy will be updated at that time.

Part 2: How This Website Handles Data

This website (bp722.subarashii.dev) is a separate system from the App. It likewise collects no personal data:

  • This website uses no Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service, no tracking cookies, and loads no third-party tracking code.
  • This website has no forms, collects no email addresses, and never asks you for any personal information.
  • As is standard for any web server, our server records basic connection information when you visit — such as IP address, timestamp, browser type, and the page requested. This is the default behavior of the server software, not tracking that we added. These logs are stored only on our own server, and are deleted automatically after about 14 days by the server's normal log rotation. They are used for site security, troubleshooting, and understanding visitor activity in aggregate (for example, total page views). They are never shared with third parties and are never used for marketing or advertising.
  • Your language preference (Chinese or English) is stored in your browser's local storage, solely so you don't have to choose again on your next visit. This never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to us.

The Relationship Between the Two

The App and this website are entirely independent systems:

  • The App does not send any data to this website, and this website cannot access the App data on your phone
  • Our server logs cannot and will not be linked to any blood pressure record or health data in the App

However this website evolves, the App's commitment to collecting and uploading nothing will never change. That is a core design principle of this App.

Children's Privacy

This App is designed for middle-aged and older adults, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A Brief Note on Applicable Regions

Because the App does not collect any personal data, rights such as access, correction, or deletion under the privacy laws of the regions where the App is available (e.g. Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, various U.S. state privacy laws, the EU GDPR, and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information) generally have no App data to apply to.
